How do I create an account?

Download the Gatherflow mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit our web portal. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account using your email address or Google sign-in.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password. If you signed up with Google, use the "Sign in with Google" option instead.

How do I join a Life Group?

Once logged in, navigate to the Life Groups section to browse available groups at your church. You can request to join a group, and the group leader will approve your membership.

Is the app available on both iOS and Android?

Yes, Gatherflow is available on iOS through the App Store and on Android through Google Play. You can also access Gatherflow through our web portal on any modern browser.

How do I manage my church or campus?

Church administrators can manage their organization through the web portal. From the dashboard, you can add campuses, manage members, create Life Groups, and configure settings for your church.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your profile settings in the app or web portal. From there you can update your name, email, profile picture, and other personal information.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please contact us at hello@gatherflow.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

The app is not loading or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play. Clearing the app cache or reinstalling may also help.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Gatherflow in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Gatherflow. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Gatherflow > Notifications.

I can't log in to my account

Verify that you are using the correct email address and password. If you signed up with Google, make sure to use the "Sign in with Google" option. If you continue to have trouble, reset your password or contact support.
